Order Tracking:
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update/activate. If your order is processed on a Friday after 3 PM PST, please allow the following business day (Monday) for tracking to become available.

We only ship within the United States as of now.
Orders may take 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) to ship out after order is placed. We will do our very best to ship out our products as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped through USPS.

Wispy Dream Lashes is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.
If a package is returned to Wispy Dream Lashes due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, the customer, will be responsible for the redelivery cost.
